We just finished a week at Stay Y"all Unit 1 and it was wonderful! This was one of the most well furnished condos we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could think of; it has been recently refurnished. It did not have that "worn feel" that some places have. The access to the beach is easy and the beach service guys were great. However, the deck! There were days we didn"t go down to the beach because the deck is so comfortable and we were right there on the water! It was the relaxing week we needed. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive to any questions.

We had a great time. The early morning walks on the beach are just steps away. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sun set with the sounds of the ocean. I cant think of a better place to be. The condo had everything we needed. Dining and entertainment is also close by if you need a break from the beach. Jeff is a fantastic host. We are looking forward to booking our next vacation with Gone Coastal...

We just got home from See Y"all #1, and it was amazing!! The unit is right on the beach and the deck is a perfect place to relax. The unit comes with everything you need, and all of the pictures are accurate for the unit. Jeff was a fabulous host and checked on us throughout the week. Having chairs reserved for us each day was so nice! We loved not having to carry chairs and an umbrella down to the beach everyday. We will be back! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We are still in this wonderful unit 1, and I can’t tell u how much u will love it- everything including the kitchen sink ha ha is here- Jeff Davis the owner was so communicative, available all the time, and I know you will want to come back- we’re checking our dates for next year.👍👍

We LOVE Gone Coastal! This is our 3rd year to stay here and Jeff Davis is awesome! He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are taken care of. The location is perfect!! You can walk right down to the beach, easily ride bikes to Seaside and up and down 30A. The house is perfect for our family of 5. We hope to be coming back to Gone Coastal for many many years to come. You won’t be disappointed!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Unit #2. The water was gorgeous. I wish I could attach a picture to show you how beautiful it was. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The owners supplied everything we needed and more for a perfect vacation. They were also very fast and easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to go back. You cannot beat this location!

Five star all around. We have been coming to this property for years, and actually met Jeff the owner while he was our neighbor staying as a guest a few years back. We were so excited to when we saw that he purchased 2 of the units. We stayed in unit one last year, and absolutely will never stay anywhere else on 30A. The beach is stunning, the property is pristine and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of that you would need (minus food😉). Gorgeous furnishings and attention to detail. Jeff is an incredibly accommodating host, and a wonderful communicator. He has put his heart and soul into these properties and it shows. We are coming back in June and will be for many years to come!!

We have been staying at these units every summer for 6 years now and we will ALWAYS come back. We adore the area, restaurants and shops but the best part are these homes. Right on the water, clean and every detail has been thought of. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a nice home cooked meal, washer and dryer, and even towels/beach toys which saves a lot of room in the car! I can"t say enough wonderful things about this home and their owners, Jeff and Shanna are amazing and super responsive when you need anything! Rent the golf cart for an added bit of fun!! The included beach chair service is awesome - you dont have to worry about dragging a cart with a million chairs, umbrellas etc - its already there waiting for you at 8am!

First time but definitely not our last time to rent this beautiful house! The house has everything you need for not just the house but for the beach!!!! Beach chair set up every morning FRONT ROW, extra beach chairs & toys, clean & uncrowded beach, quiet neighborhood with no traffic , and super responsive owners! Can"t wait to book here again and again!!!!!

We just stayed at Sea Y’all last week, AUG 12-17th. It was our first time on 30A after 20+ years staying in the Destin area. It was PHENOMENAL! The location is perfect. I can’t say enough about the condo. It was clean, has a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, nicely decorated, and THE DECK! My husband loved having the charcoal grill. We used it 3 out of the 5 nights. We absolutely loved stepping right off the back deck and right onto the beach. The 30A chair service included with our stay was a great perk too. Jeff was a great host. So friendly and accommodating, great communication. As a detail person, I was appreciative of the lengthy information sent to us prior to our arrival. I appreciate the attention to every single detail. We were so happy to be able to bring our small dog. Even though she wasn’t allowed on the beach, it was nice not worrying about leaving her behind. We will DEFINITELY go back and I cannot wait!
