My wife and I fell in love with the Emerald coast the first trip we took here. We had only experienced Miramar Beach one time before and loved the beach and crystal blue water but we didn't like the overwhelming crowds at the beach. We searched all along the coast to find the right area and that is how we decided on Seagrove Beach. It only took us one drive down the historic highway of 30A to fall in love with all the unique beach towns. There are numerous options for shopping, restaurants, coastal dune lakes, state parks, bike trails, golf courses, and bars to enjoy. We offer our guests a choice between 2 gulf front townhomes. The first floor of the house features the carport area. This space has enough room for two cars or one large SUV. Once you enter from the ground floor you'll find the stairs that will take you to the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen has plenty of seating with 4 bar stools at the island and 6 chairs at the dining table. The family room has a couch and 2 chairs to veiw the 75" smart TV along with a blue tooth soundbar and a Blu Ray DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead you to the large deck with 4 bar height beach chairs and a table with 4 chairs for outside dining. We also provide a charcoal grill and ceramic egg grill.
Our townhomes are located right on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk just steps to your beach chairs for a relaxing day at the beach and enjoy the sunsets off our spacious decks every evening.
